  • Experience: 5+ years in the ICT industry.
  • Expertise: Specialized knowledge in any tech field.
  • Availability: Can commit to regular check-ins (2.5 hours/month for 6 months).
  • Mindset: A passion for empowering women and giving back.

The Mentor Commitment

  • 6-month commitment (Jan-July 2026)
  • 2.5 hours/month for sessions and check-ins
  • Participation in mentor training and orientation
  • Professional boundaries and Code of Conduct adherence
