Our Story

The Olla Foundation was born from a recognition of the systemic barriers facing women in Nigeria's ICT sector. Our founder, Olusola Adenuga, having navigated a male-dominated industry for almost four decades, understood the transformative power of opportunity and mentorship.

"I know what it feels like to be underestimated in spaces where women are few. Every scholarship awarded is an investment in Nigeria's future."
